Responsibilities :-
- Manage and maintain proper record & filing of all documents and project correspondences in accordance with the document management process
- Prepare and issue project documents including letters, procedures, meeting minutes, etc
- Assist with compiling monthly reports & other reports to Client such as Operation & Maintenance Manual (OMM)
- Manage & maintain petty cash management system at site office
- Manage & maintain the record of company assets
- Arrange manpower at jobsite with staff/management
- Follow-up on submissions from subcons & suppliers
- Assist in security pass applications & issuance
- Manage office equipment inventory
- Assist in organizing and executing site functions & events (e.g. opening ceremony)
- Assist with accommodation for foreign staffs
- Covid-19 related item issuance & controls
- Other project-related tasks as deemed necessary
Requirements :-
- GCE O Level/Diploma in Business Administration or its equivalent
- Min.3 years working experience, preferably in construction industry
- Knowledge of project management principles
- Competent in MS Office (including Powerpoint)
- Shipping & logistics knowledge will be a value-added advantage
- Good interpersonal & supervisory skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills, with Mandarin as a second language (to handle our Chinese counterparts, subcons, vendors, etc)
- Singaporean or Singapore PR preferred
