Job Description:
Position Overview:
The Accountant Executive at MATRIX NETWORKING PTE. LTD. will be responsible for assisting the Account Manager in managing and maintaining the company's financial data, including the preparation of reports and the submission of daily reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in Report Preparation:Assist the Account Manager in preparing financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of reports. - Daily Reporting:Submit necessary financial reports daily, weekly, or monthly to meet internal and external reporting requirements.
Track and record the company's day-to-day financial activities to ensure data consistency and traceability. - Accounting Support:Assist in handling day-to-day accounting tasks, including account reconciliation, invoice processing, and expense reimbursement.
Assist in preparing annual audits and tax reports. - Collaboration and Communication:Work closely with internal departments and teams to ensure timely provision of required financial information.
Assist the Account Manager in effective communication with external auditors and tax professionals.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Relevant work experience in accounting, with a preference for those holding certifications in accounting or related fields.
- Proficiency in financial software and spreadsheet tools such as Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong Chinese communication skills to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients.
