We are seeking a skilled and motivated Automation & Manual Tester to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of functional requirements, the ability to articulate and document user needs, and a strong proficiency in both manual and automated testing methodologies. This role involves close collaboration with key stakeholders, including Products, Operations BAU, and Technology teams, to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Thoroughly understand functional requirements and articulate them into detailed user requirements.
Document user stories and participate in review sessions with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with business needs.
Conduct review and walkthrough sessions with stakeholders for critical project documents, including:
- User stories
- Functional specifications documents
- Test plans and test cases
- Roll-out training materials
Execute UAT cases and meticulously analyze issues encountered during UAT.
Provide comprehensive UAT status reports to project stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
Actively participate in pre-implementation preparations and post-implementation support exercises.
Engage in end-user live verification during roll-out to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
Provide test support across regional offices as needed, ensuring consistency and quality across different geographies.
Efficiently manage testing for multiple project deliverables concurrently, maintaining high standards of accuracy and thoroughness.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in both manual and automated testing tools and methodologies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Experience in conducting review sessions and documenting requirements.
Familiarity with UAT processes and issue tracking.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, QTP).
Knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Experience in training and supporting end-users.
