Roles & Responsibilities
- Report daily responsibilities to the Project Manager.
- Assist the Project Manager in ensuring project success by meeting KPIs and SLAs.
- Oversee daily project operations, including but not limited to:
- Client engagement
- Resource planning and deployment
- Developing and streamlining internal and external operational processes
- Ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations
- Provide supervision and guidance to onsite supervisory team, including Operations Supervisors and Team Leaders.
- Handle project administration and documentation.
- Serve as the key liaison with the client’s operations stakeholders.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks such as project stand-in duties or service quality audits as assigned.
Skills & Requirements
- Diploma or Degree from a recognized institution with at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Team player with a high level of initiative and resourcefulness.
- Strong communication skills across all levels.
- Organized and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a drive for continuous improvement.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Proven leadership experience in managing a team across multiple locations.
