We are seeking a skilled UAT Tester with experience in AI to join our team. The ideal candidate will understand functional requirements, design test cases, and actively participate in review sessions with key stakeholders. This role involves conducting review/walkthrough sessions, executing UAT cases, analyzing issues, and providing status reports. Experience in AI technologies will be considered an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and articulate functional requirements.
- Design and document comprehensive test cases.
- Participate in review sessions with key stakeholders, including Products, Operations BAU, and Technology teams.
- Conduct review/walkthrough sessions for the following documents:
- Test plans and test cases.
- Roll-out training materials.
- Execute UAT test cases effectively.
- Analyze and document issues encountered during UAT.
- Provide detailed UAT status reports to project stakeholders.
- Participate in pre-implementation preparation activities.
- Support post-implementation exercises, including end-user live verification during roll-out, as needed.
- Leverage experience with AI technologies to enhance UAT processes and outcomes (if applicable).
Qualifications:
Proven experience in UAT testing, particularly in complex projects.
Strong understanding of functional requirements and the ability to design relevant test cases.
Experience with AI technologies is a significant advantage.
Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and documentation reviews.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in working with AI-driven applications or systems.
Familiarity with industry-standard testing tools and methodologies.
