Job Responsibilities
We are looking for someone who is able to support the Business Development & Partnerships team aligned to organisation’s strategies and goals.
- Create and implement comprehensive growth strategies to expand securities business
- Implement and execute business campaigns together with internal stakeholders, external agencies and business partners
- Manage and promote cross border business collaborations within CGSI Group.
- Tracking and monitoring key performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness of initiatives and campaigns.
- Identify and evaluate potential business partnerships and collaborations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships within business network for cross-selling opportunities.
- Lead efforts to acquire new clients and leads by identifying new market segments.
- Responsible for planning and organising financial literacy webinars and events to educate sales representatives and clients.
- Gather and analyse industry trends and market development for development of marketing strategies
- Support any other business strategies/directives from senior management.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Professional Qualification in the relevant discipline (Accounting/ Finance/ Business/ Economics/ Financial Engineering/ Data Management/ Statistics)
- Relevant work experience in Business Development/Strategic Partnerships
- At least 3 years’of relevant experience in financial industry with experience in a business marketing/product development role.
- Knowledge in Equity Products & Services
- Experience in launching and overseeing simultaneous campaigns for different types of investment products
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, meticulous and can work under pressure and tight timeline in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in Mandarin is a plus to liaise with our Chinese counterparts
- Self-driven and ability to multi-task with strong organisational skills
