Club Executive, Changi Airport Recreation Club
Changi Airport Recreation Club (CARC) was set up in 1990 as a club for staff members of the airport community and their families and friends. Located at Terminal 2, the Clubhouse provides recreational facilities and organises programmes and events.
You will be an employee of CARC. As a Club Executive, your key responsibilities include (but not limited to) the following:
· Ensure smooth running of Club facilities and upkeep of Club’s system & equipment.
· Concierge duties – attend to walk-in/ telephony/ email enquiries, facilities booking & access, membership matters, payment for classes/ events, etc.
· Facility management – report & track faults and maintenance schedule; propose & arrange for rectification or replacement; evaluate & recommend cost-effective maintenance programmes & upgrading initiatives.
· Procurement – source for suitable FM vendors & other relevant suppliers; purchase of office supplies, equipment and fittings; vendor management.
· Assist the Club manager to organise key meetings e.g. Annual General Meeting, regular Management Committee meetings, etc.
· Assist the Club manager to coordinate Club staff training.
In addition, you will be called upon to perform the following Standby Duties:
· Up to 3 working days per week on standby for Counter relief duties
· Up to one month per year on standby for Jackpot Ops relief duties
Requirements:
· Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in Club Operations, Facility Management and/or Human Resource Management
· Pleasant disposition and passion in customer service
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· Able to perform shift duties, including weekends and public holidays
