Position Overview:
KIB Insurance Broker (S) Pte Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Broking Executive to join our Broking Operations team.

Key Responsibilities:
Broking and Servicing
• Retain and expand the existing portfolio of accounts, promoting the company's products and services.
• Handle client inquiries via email, phone and letters, addressing their insurance requirements.
• Obtain quotations from multiple insurers and negotiate competitive rates before presenting them to clients.
• Arrange meetings with clients or insurers as necessary.
• Conduct presentations upon request or when needed.
• Send timely renewal notices to clients and ensure follow-up on renewals.
Documentation
• Ensure accurate preparation of all documents.
• Register and update client information.
• Review insurers' policies and tax invoices.
Claims Handling
• Provide guidance to clients on claims matters.
• Report claims to insurers.
• Maintain an updated claims register.
• Ensure accuracy of the Activity Report for claims.
• Follow up with clients regarding submission of claims documents.
• Communicate with insurers to facilitate claim settlements.
Credit Control
• Review and send monthly account statements to clients.
• Ensure prompt payment collection from clients.
Others
• Offer guidance to administrative staff.
• Perform any additional roles and responsibilities assigned by the Company and/or Director.
QUALIFICATIONS
The candidate must have successfully completed the relevant modules under the CMFAS REQUIREMENTS: BCP, ComGI, PGI and HI.
