- Ensure that all dishes are cooked well and presented in an aesthetically pleasing way
- Studying each recipe and gathering all necessary ingredients
- Delegate tasks to kitchen staff
- Knowledge and experience in preparing local and western cuisine
- Slice, dice, chop and prepare raw products
