Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support, including managing calls, mail distribution, and visitor coordination.
- Maintain and organize confidential filing systems.
- Manage applications and renewals of subscriptions.
- Source and maintain office equipment and supplies.
- Maintain inventory records of IT equipment and set up equipment for new hires.
- Ensure office and meeting rooms are organized and supervise general office cleanliness.
- Handle travel arrangements and process travel budgets for approval.
- Plan and execute events within budget, including employee engagement activities.
- Design visual artwork and manage branding content for social media platforms and digital channels.
- Maintain and develop relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts and pricings of supplies and services.
REQUIREMENTS
- GCE ‘O’ level with relevant experience in general office and facilities administration.
- Strong understanding and passion in designing visual artworks and managing social media platforms.
- Proficient in artwork creation software such as CANVA.
- Good verbal communication and strong English language skills.
- Meticulous, organized, resourceful and multi-tasker.
- A good team player who can work independently and able to manage large workload and tight deadlines.
