Job Responsibilities

The incumbent will be placed into responsibilities according to their past working/relevant experience :

  1. Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely solutions to issues that may arise while onboarding for retail, corporate, and institutional clients.
  2. Providing advice and assisting business units on onboarding document requirements that needs to be obtained from clients.
  3. Using comprehensive and diplomacy skills to deal with clients, ensuring that all documentations are full and processed correctly, including the client's updating of information in accordance with corporate policy and regulatory standards.
  4. AML/KYC screening of individuals and entities, as well as client due diligence.
  5. Conducting timely periodic reviews on corporate and institutional accounts to ensure up-to-date client records.
  6. Improving client-centricity by being involved on projects and product launches/initiatives, including improving and streamlining work processes and workflow.
  7. Opening trading accounts at our Investment Centers and assisting clients at the front desk.


Job Requirements

To thrive and be successful in this role, you must have / be:

  • A minimum Diploma/GCE ‘A’ Level cert/Degree will be required.
  • A relevant working experience in a stockbroking industry or any other relevant working experience in a similar capacity will be an advantage.
  • Demonstrate strong customer-focused qualities and the ability to give excellent client service.
  • The ability to take ownership of a client’s enquiries and possess a "go above and beyond" attitude.
  • Fluent and conversant in Mandarin to liaise with clients from Chinese-speaking countries.
  • Able to communicate well both verbal and written.
