Roles and responbilities
-Technical expereiences in Mechanical or Facilities management related works Min 2years
- Facilitate and manage ,include provide support in data center events, incidents and change management activities for all critical infrastructures within the building. Etc, ACMV, Chiller, Cooling tower, UPS, Generator Set, Fire alarm system, PA system, Passenger/ Fire, Goods Lift etc
-Assist manager to Prepare Budgetary quote for tenders
- Assist manager Prepare materials and order materials etc
-Support on site technician and solving operations issue etc
-Able to perform ,read Auto CAD ,BIM, SLD Diagram
-Project management related expereiences
-Prepare documents for various license renewal such as Permit to operate for lifts and escalators (PTO),EMA renewal for the buildings.
- Monthly Facilities Report Generation
-Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedule and carry out regular inspections to properties and facilities.
-Ensure technical team Perform works in accordance to internal SOPs and BCA requirements
-Result orientated

Requirements
-A.Certificate or Specialist Dip in M&E Coordination / Dip in Mechanical Engineering (Green Building Technology)
B) Ngee Ann Polytechnic: Dip in i) Building Services Engineering ii) Technology (Building Services) iii) Technology (Building Services & Fire Safety) iv) Engineering (Building Services & Fire Safety)
C) Temasek Polytechnic: Dip in i) Green Building & Sustainability ii) Intelligent Building Technology
or equivalent skill or certs for Green Building services added advantage
D) Any related building maintenance experience of more than 10 years if No certificate.
