- Project lead, managing and execution of awarded jobs
- Liaise with various internal departments to ensure works are carried out smoothly
- Accountable for planning, coordination, supervision, monitoring of progress and updating progress report of the project works to Project Director
- Responsible for all site matters including safety, quality and other compliance matters
- Liaises with the Operations team to allocate adequate manpower and equipment resources
- Perform other tasks and responsibilities assigned
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Architecture / Civil Engineering
- At least 4 year (s) of relevant working experience in managing construction sites/ site coordination work
- Possess Building Construction Safety Supervisor and Working-at-heights Supervisor certificate
- Candidate with CSCPM Certificate will be an added advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Must possess a Singapore Class 3 driving license
