We are a contractor company specialising in commercial and residential fit-out and renovation projects. We are looking for an Accounts Executive with relevant experience in the Renovation Contractor industry.
Responsibilities
- Simple translation and preparation of documents in English and Chinese
- Maintain records and documentations
- Ensure timely monthly closing
- Full set accounts including GST submission
- Payroll
- Preparation of management reports
- Any other adhoc admin duties.
Requirements
- 5.5 days work week (Saturday half day)
- Bilingual in both English and Chinese to liaise with internal and external Mandarin speaking stakeholders
- Ideally 2 years relevant accounts experience in renovation contractor industry
- Experience in using Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting or related
- Meticulous, good attitude and willing to learn
