We are hiring a Chef for our Korean restaurant
Requirements:
At least 3 years of relevant experience in a Korean BBQ restaurant
At least 3 years of butchery experience
Able to come up with new items for seasonal menu
Experience working with different cuts of beef
Able to present omakase meals
Able to communicate and host the dinner
Good knowledge in wine and sake
Inventory management skills will be required
Good supplier relations will be a plus
