What the role involves:
- Responsible for the overall management of the assigned Contract Logistics Department(s) / Warehouse site(s) in providing contract logistics, warehousing, transportation and distribution services, and supply chain management to clients. Take P&L ownership.
- · Analyze, develop, and recommend strategies and solutions for assigned Contract Logistics Department(s) / Warehouse site(s) to the management by studying technological and financial opportunities, presenting assumptions and recommending objectives.
- Work with management team to optimize warehousing and logistics operation.
- Responsible for people and warehousing resources management to deliver effective and efficient operation services to customers. Strong in people management.
- Increase effectiveness and efficient services to customers of assigned Contract Logistics Department(s) / Warehouse site(s) by recruiting, selecting, coaching, and counselling managers, communicating values, strategies and objectives; assigning accountabilities; planning, monitoring and reviewing job results.
- Conduct and prepare the material for operational review meeting (e.g. Monthly Operation Review, Quarterly Operation Review, Operation Improvement Review, etc.) with internal and external customers.
- Resolve logistics service failures directly with customers and operational team. Strong in RCCA (Root Cause Corrective Action) analyze and resolutions.
- Implement Kaizen solutions in warehouse operations management and lead team members to deliver excellent quality logistics services in achieving customers’ KPI.
- Strong in Inventory Management and have proven record of achievement of 100% accuracy via Daily Cycle Count.
- Able to build good customer relationship to achieve excellence customer experiences.
- Ensure accurate and on-time billings to customer.
Required Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in Logistics, Business, Engineering or Information Technology.
- At least 8 years of relevant working experience, with people and resource management skills.
- Management skill in root cause analysis (RCCA), identify solution and delivering solution for service failures.
- Strong leadership with communication skill, sense of accountability and continuous improvement mindset with fundamental business principles to solve operational issues.
- Relevant experience in Kaizen and Quality Improvement Program.
- Proficient in process mapping and SOP/WI development.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Warehouse and Inventory Management Applications.
- Proficient in Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) in warehouse operation.

- 5-Day work week
