Job Summary:The Network Access Manager will be responsible for ensuring the security, integrity, and efficiency of the organization's network access systems. This role involves designing and implementing network access policies, managing user access controls, and monitoring network activities to safeguard against unauthorized access and potential security threats.
Key Responsibilities:
- Network Access Management: Develop, implement, and maintain network access policies and procedures to ensure secure and efficient access to network resources.
- User Access Control: Oversee the creation, modification, and deletion of user accounts and access rights, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and industry regulations.
- Security Monitoring: Monitor network access activities, analyze security logs, and respond to security incidents related to network access.
- Compliance: Ensure that network access practices comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
- Collaboration: Work closely with IT teams to integrate network access solutions with other systems and technologies, and provide guidance on best practices.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of network access policies, procedures, and configurations.
- Training: Conduct training sessions for staff on network access policies and security best practices.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve network access issues promptly, coordinating with technical support teams as needed.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on network access status, security incidents, and compliance audits to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+) are a plus.
- Languages: Fluent in Both English and Mandarin is a must, written and spoken.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in network access management or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in network access control technologies, firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection/prevention systems. Experience with identity and access management (IAM) solutions.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex network access issues.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Leadership: Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud-based network access solutions.
- Familiarity with emerging network access technologies and trends.
- Experience in a regulated industry with strict compliance requirements.
