Hiring: Project Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, forecast, and coordinate all technical aspects of projects, including structural, architectural, M&E (Mechanical & Electrical), landscape, and interior elements.
- Submit architectural samples, shop drawings, and other relevant documents to consultants or authorities.
- Coordinate and monitor work progress on-site to ensure alignment with the master program.
- Oversee the effective implementation and successful completion of construction projects within the stipulated schedule, budget, and quality standards.
- Liaise closely with subcontractors, architects, consultants, and authorities; provide guidance and supervision to the project team.
- Ensure compliance with QEHS (Quality, Environment, Health, and Safety) policies, objectives, impact/risk assessments, safe work procedures, and applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate submissions and applications to relevant authorities for RI (Recognized Inspection), TOP (Temporary Occupation Permit), and CSC (Certificate of Statutory Completion) clearances; compile all necessary documents for project handover.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Engineer or in a similar role, specifically for luxury landed house projects.
- Proficient in communicating and liaising with Chinese-speaking associates.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
- In-depth knowledge of local standards and requirements.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM (Building Information Modeling).
