Job Description:
- Develop comprehensive plumbing and sanitary system designs for residential, commercial, and industrial projects, taking into account water supply, distribution, drainage, and sewage disposal.
- Create efficient and sustainable automatic irrigation system designs for various landscapes and agricultural applications, ensuring proper water usage and conservation.
- Oversee the execution of plumbing, sanitary, and automatic irrigation projects, from initial concept to completion.
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans to ensure successful and timely project delivery.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and on-site teams to monitor progress and address any challenges or changes that arise during project implementation.
- Ensure all plumbing, sanitary, and automatic irrigation systems comply with relevant building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals from local authorities for the installation and operation of systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field.
- At least 3 years in related field experiences. (Plumbing)
- Strong knowledge of plumbing and sanitary codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Familiarity with irrigation system components, water distribution, and automated control systems.
- Possess on Auto-CAD, BIM and Revit are an advantage.
