Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with orders or enquiries with a smile
- Keep the outlet premises clean and organised
- In-charge of improving and innovating workflow to maximise operation flow efficiency
- Take orders and key in the POS system
- Process orders accurately to the kitchen
- Manage respective section and deliver food and drinks with confidence, knowledge and commitment
- Perform quality checks on tables
- Manage and handle reservations, hosting, inventory, costing and other administrative matters
- Perform opening and closing duties per outlet SOPs
