Requirements
Any country of CPA Holder (Because there are many contacts with listed companies)
Business-level communication skill in writen and spoken English
Knowledge of accounting and taxation in Singapore
Team player with strong interpersonal communication skills
At least 5 years relevant experience
Capable of multitasking and prioritizing deadlines in a dynamic environment
Roles and Responsibilities
Review and prepare management accounts, GST and Corporate tax filing and payroll services for several client companies on monthly, quarterly or yearly basis in Singapore
Prepare AGM documents in Singapore
External Audit support for several client companies in Singapore
Handling full spectrum of company secretarial duties in Singapore
Support incorporation of new companies, registration of branches, representative offices and striking off in Singapore
Perform Financial Due Diligence and Internal control procedures
Other ad hoc duties as assigned
