Our Client manage a is currently looking for a household-oriented assistant who can also handle some business tasks. The ideal candidate is presentable, well-dressed, and of decent educational background
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle daily operations and meeting arrangements for the jewelry business
- Manage personal and family affairs, including scheduling cleaners, chefs, and overseeing household staff
- Accommodate travel needs (to London, Japan, and the USA), with trips not exceeding one month
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and own a car (as the candidate might need to cover for the driver when on leave)
- Fluent in Mandarin (fluent English is a plus but not mandatory)
- No salary cap; compensation based on competency
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in managing for high net worth individual/C-suite
- Strong interpersonal communication and coordination
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently and under pressure
- Excellent time-management skills
- Proficiency in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking clients and counterparts.
- Valid Class 3/3A Singapore Driving License with a clean driving record will be advantageous
Working Hours:
- 5-day workweek which may require to manage emergency on weekends
- Official hours: 10am-7pm
