Responsibilities & Duties
Account
- Maintaining accounting and related records (HongKong , Korea, UK,
- Netherlands, Germany etc.)
- Completing the periodic and annual audit
- Ensure payments are checked, verified, authorised and approved
- Timely preparation and closing of accounts
- Support and advise project team on financial & accounting matters
- Review and implementation of accounting procedures and policies
Admin
- Manage general communication such as post, deliveries, couriers, etc.
- Manage supply of stationery and other office supplies
- Coordinate the travel arrangements for office on their travel arrangements and logistics (bookings, visa applications, invitations letters)
