Job Description:
- Oversee all QA/QC processes for building projects, ensuring strict compliance with industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements
- Check and verify that the works being implemented on the job site are in compliance with the requirement of latest approved drawings and contract specifications
- Perform regular site inspections, quality assessments, and audits to identify and rectify any issues or non-conformities
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure quality standards are met at every stage of the project
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in QA/QC and implement best practices to enhance project quality and efficiency
- Promptly address and resolve quality-related issues to minimise impact on project timelines.
- Ensure all QA/QC documentation is accurately maintained and accessible for audits and reviews
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- At least 3-5 years of related working experience in QA/QC
- Relevant QA/QC certifications (e.g. Conquas) are advantageous
- Proficient in QA/QC documentation and reporting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
