Saudi Aramco, a global energy leader, seeks a talented Financial Planning & Performance Management Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. This role is instrumental in providing critical insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making and optimize business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Conduct in-depth performance analysis, variance analysis, and benchmarking to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports and presentations for senior management.
- Collaborate closely with business units to set performance targets, KPIs, and drive performance improvement initiatives.
- Implement and maintain financial planning and performance management systems and processes.
- Provide financial support to business initiatives, including business case development and financial modeling.
- Conduct risk assessments and identify potential financial implications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in financial planning, performance management, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
- Proficiency in financial planning and analysis tools (e.g., SAP, Hyperion).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
