Hiring: Operations Assistant
Job Responsibilities:
- Read, respond to, record, and follow up on job orders via email, messages, or phone calls.
- Provide prompt responses to customer inquiries and ensure accurate information is communicated.
- Process customer orders efficiently and accurately.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
- Provide support within the Operations Department as needed.
- Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- At least 1 year of working experience in a related field.
- Preferably has some experience in the marine industry.
- Responsible and committed team player with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using computer applications and systems, including MS Office.
