The retail assistant manager in the renting, leasing, and sale of private cars and motor vehicles (excluding motorcycles and scooters) oversees customer service, sales transactions, and vehicle management. They handle customer inquiries, manage vehicle inspections and servicing, maintain shop cleanliness, supervise staff, and oversee general administrative tasks like recording profits and losses. Their role ensures smooth operations, a tidy shop front, and excellent customer experiences in compliance with company policies.
