Responsibilities
A master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. In this role, you will work with the financial administrator to record all the financial transactions of our company – maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals and all accounts transactions. You'll also be in charge of ensuring the office is organized and tidy.
To ensure success as a financial admin assistant, you should have business acumen and the ability to complete various complex financial tasks accurately and efficiently.
Other requirements includes scheduling and coordinate meetings, appointments and taking minutes. Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and clients request. At any point, do provide administrative support to senior management as needed.
Requirement:
- Diploma, equivalent or higher with relevant experience in administrative support
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to perform tasks with accuracy and efficiency in mind.
- Excellent analytical skills and financial prowess
- Good working attitude, willing to learn
- Good communication skills and strong team player
- Office Management – day to day office operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
