Job Responsibilities :
1. Keep track on tooling Schedule.
2. Participate mold testing.
3. Update mold test report for every testing.
4. Update mold schedule and status chart for every mold testing.
5. Prepare tooling progress for new tooling award.
6. Prepare ECN report for any modification or rectification.
7. Update tracking record for customer release CAD file.
8. Review first article, cpk and steel audit report before submit to customer.
9. Discuss and work with design department head to provide customer DFM.
10. Prepare and arrange to ship testing sample to customer
11. Arrange and involve tooling buy off per customer assigned molder
12. Schedule and arrange tooling transfer to assigned molder.
