Manage Cleaning Services
Manage with onsite Supervisors and client to ensure quality service delivery
Ensure cleaning teams adhere to safety measures to during cleaning operation
Compile and analyse relevant data to propose recommendation for cleaning process improvement
Review daily / weekly cleaning job reports for submission to client and management
Schedule plan & Conduct site inspection and prepare reports
Work across the organization to ensure Client's interests are taken care of and Performance metrics achieved
Manage cleaning teams
Facilitate planning of work schedules and deployment of manpower for sites assigned.
Facilitate effective work processes
Facilitate the capability development of staff (Training)
Participate in employee recruitment programs to ensure the right person for the right job is hired.
Manage inventory,equipment and maintenance schedule
Allocate equipment and or technologies and supplies to project sites
Maintain stock of supplies of materials and equipment
Identify and recommend suitable equipment and /or technologies to improve cleaning operations
Implement maintenance schedules for tools and equipment
Raise requests for purchases of materials and equipment for site
Manage Incidents
Report & Update all incidents and emergencies adhering to the escalation process to client and management
Guide team to respond accordingly to incidents and emergencies
Track all incidents and near miss and prepare reports for review.
