Responsibilities
To achieve specification targets and in accordance with the company’s objective to increase the company's product range technical specification in the market by:-
- Developing and increasing new specifiers base and business
- Assisting in the development of key specification tools that can increase sales and presence
- Strongly influence architects and specifiers to develop proprietary specifications for the company's systems
- Liaising and maintaining close relationship with R&D and Technical department on matters relating to Specifications
- Keeping good constant interaction with Architects/ Consultants and Key specifiers to ensure that the desired level of customer service quality is achieved
To create and promote the company's brand awareness by:-
- Conducting architectural & engineering presentations & trainings.
- Attending and participate in product presentations, product seminars, industrial organizations & trade shows
- Assisting sales personnel in meeting clients related to specification matters
- Providing market intelligence information on competitors and market’s direction
- Promoting and market the company's product range to Architects, Consultants, Developers and Contractors
- Preparing marketing action plan as required by company
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of sales/marketing experience, preferably in the construction industry (though not mandatory)
- Car ownership is preferred but not mandatory
- Experience in specification-related tasks across any field
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to confidently and persuasively present to diverse audiences/groups
