Job Description:
- Perform duties in accordance to WSH code of conduct.
- Work closely with Project team on the WSH matters to maintain higher level of safety on site.
- Enforces all safety requirements and in-house safety rules and regulations.
- Prepare, organize and implement safe work procedures and measures in accordance with MOM Regulations.
- Conduct investigations of WSH infringements and industrial accidents and recommend remedial actions.
- Conduct daily inspection of project work and activities.
- Assist with the rehabilitation of workers after accidents or injuries and make sure they experience a satisfactory return to work.
- Always stay alert to make sure on site worker can work in safety manner.
- Liaise with MOM, NEA, PUB and other relevant authorities on all WSHE issues.
- Develop documentation for the Project Risk Assessment, Safe Work Procedures, etc.
- Conduct internal HSE related training for site personnel.
- Conduct safety briefing for subcon before enter to the premises.
- Manage and make sure sub-contractor have a valid licence and compile with safety rules & regulations
- Manage and lead a team of safety workers.
- Involve and support the Company on the adhoc project which assigned
Job Criteria:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety) or equivalent.
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
- Good in written and communication in English
