A leading Technology Advisory and Control Room solutions provider is seeking for a highly motivated and talented Management Consulting Associate to join our growing team as we expand our business. As a Management Consulting Associate, you will be playing a critical role in delivering value to our clients by performing technology research and business analysis, participating in client engagements, and assisting the senior consultants with staff work. In the course of work, there will be plenty of opportunities for learning and growth, especially in the aspects of business model redesign and operational workflow analysis.
Key responsibilities
• Conduct research and analysis on technology trends, market demands, and emerging technologies to support client engagements
• Participate in client engagements, and support senior consultants in business delivery
• Prepare work material, and assist with the workshops and projects as part of the business delivery
• Assist the senior consultants with staff work, including minute-taking, project reports, project-coordination, and other project-related tasks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects to meet client expectations
• Develop strong competencies in the areas of technology and management consulting
Pre-requisites:
• Bachelor or Masters degree in a related field (e.g. business, technology, engineering)
• Prior experience in management consulting or advisory roles is preferred
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a logical and systematic approach to problem-solving
• Excellent command of the English language, with advanced written and spoken communication skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and non-verbal, with the ability to express and present complex ideas to a diverse audience
• Highly proficient in MS Office tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Ability to work independently, and a strong team player in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
• Strong work ethics, diligent, and punctual, and with a systematic and responsible approach towards work
• Proactive and self-motivated towards assigned tasks, with the agility and willingness to learn and develop new skills
