Finance & Administration Executive

Dreiheit House International Pte. Ltd.

Responsibilities :


Accounting & Financial Reporting

- Prepare a full set of accounts and report to the Director.

- Close year-end accounts and liaise with auditors.

- Prepare and file GST returns.

- Prepare and submit Government Grants Claims.


Transactions & Data Management

- Record overall transactions; input accounting data into the accounting system with speed and accuracy.

- Match invoices to statements and purchase orders to invoices; receive and process invoices, expenses forms, and requests for payment.

- Manage petty cash transactions.

- Update and manage databases, ensuring accuracy and integrity of information.


Inventory & Cost Control

- Oversee inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels.

- Implement and monitor cost control measures to optimize inventory expenses.

- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.


Customer Data Management

- Update and maintain records of existing customers, including tea brands, formats, blends, and frequency of updates.


Human Resources

- Perform ad hoc HR duties, including applying for Work Permits, S Passes, or Employment Passes for foreign workers.


Office Administration

- Handle various office administrative tasks as needed.

- Perform receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and managing phone calls.


General Administration

- Undertake other administrative duties as required.


At times, you may be required to undertake some duties and responsibilities as deemed necessary to meet the needs of our company's business.
