Responsibilities :
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy to expand the customer base and enhance the company's global presence.
- Identify and target new business opportunities to drive growth.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations exceeded.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any issues promptly.
Team Development & Knowledge Sharing
- Identify skill gaps within the team and implement training programs to bridge these gaps.
- Foster a collaborative and knowledge-sharing culture within the team.
Sales & Marketing Initiatives
- Lead the development and delivery of high-quality pitches, proposals, and presentations to potential clients.
- Leverage various marketing channels such as online campaigns, events, activations, social media, and interactive marketing to drive brand awareness and engagement.
Online Partner Portals Management
- Manage and optimize sales and revenue through online partner portals.
- Monitor and analyze portal performance to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance profitability.
Project Management
- Oversee all aspects of project management, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and client communication.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Creative Collaboration
- Coordinate with clients to develop concepts, create prototypes, and finalize designs that meet their specifications.
- Review and evaluate designs and marketing materials for effectiveness and alignment with client goals.
Advertising & Market Analysis
- Determine the most effective advertising strategies to reach target audiences based on demographic analysis.
- Continuously assess market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
Team Leadership
- Manage and inspire a team of creative professionals, including designers, writers, artists, and photographers, to deliver innovative products and services.
- Ensure seamless collaboration and communication within the team to achieve project objectives.
