Responsibilities:
- Responsible for architectural work scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision, and documentation.
- Coordinate with consultants and subcontractors to resolve conflicts in BIM drawings.
- Assist in the documentation and submission of progress reports to authorities.
- Check, order, and ensure that material lead times are met according to the project schedule.
- Attend meetings with consultants, architects, and clients.
- Supervise and oversee architectural work and subcontractor activities on site.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in LTA projects and managing transit architectural works of similar scale, complexity, and nature.
- Experience in managing interfaces and coordination, design, and construction of transit projects, with a full understanding of the design and approval process.
