[Contract Position]
The team member will assist in implementing Youth Mentoring & Youth Outreach Programmes and apply knowledge of relevant Youth Development theories to help youths in plan their future.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the implementation of youth programmes is aligned with the division’s objectives.
- Assist in developing and implementing appropriate programmes to increase awareness of SINDA Youth initiatives and inspire youth.
- Develop and implement appropriate sports-based programmes that enrich and motivate youths, contributing to nurturing their resilient and confident nature.
- Identify suitable partners to collaborate with and implement programmes.
- Plan various versions of the Youth Programmes
- Implement effective evaluation methods and monitor students’ progress.
- Maintain the target audience database in the CRM.
- Prepare programme reports for internal and external stakeholder engagement.
- Provide programme administrative support
- Monitor the programme budgets and resource utilisation.
- Comply with the procurement and financial process and ensure adherence to SOPs and organisational guidelines.
- Participate in divisional and SINDA-wide events when required.
Requirements
- Minimum Degree in any discipline
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in a similar role
- Meticulous and good problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Demonstrate emotional maturity and compassion when working with youths
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to manage stakeholders across different levels.
- Good organisational and time-management skills
- Proficient in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel for presentations
- Able to perform basic data analysis using Excel/Power BI would be an added advantage
- Experience in managing Social Media, designing publicity material, and Canva will be an added advantage
- Able to work outdoors
- Flexible to work on regular weekday evenings and Saturdays; Time off will be given to compensate the overtime hours worked.
This is a contract position; renewal of contract is subject to the performance and divisional requirements..
