- handle cross trade shipments
- handle air / seafreight bookings
- liaise with forwarder / carrier for import and export shipments
- process all necessary documents and invoicing for export shipments
- update and filing all activities documents
- provide admin support to the shipping department
- knowledge of tradenet (import & export permit declarations)
- able to speak and write mandarin an advantage (in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates)
- proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- team player and able to multi-task, positive work attitude
- 1-2 years of shipping experience
