We are seeking someone with ability to do dual job role of Merchandiser/Driver.
The successful candidate will be responsible for merchandising beauty products at stores islandwide, ensuring timely delivery of goods to various locations, and managing stock counts both in the warehouse. This dual role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Merchandising:
- Visit Watsons stores islandwide to merchandise beauty products according to the company's standards.
- Ensure products are displayed neatly, priced correctly, and promotional materials are effectively utilized.
- Monitor stock levels on the shelves and coordinate with store managers for replenishments.
- Build and maintain good working relationships with key account/store personnel
- Collaborate with the marketing team to set up promotional displays
- Conduct inventory checks and stock status for channels in retail stores
- Do monthly reporting on store display
- Assist with sampling when needed
Delivery
- Deliver beauty products to stores, warehouses and other specified locations in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain a delivery schedule and ensure all deliveries are completed within the stipulated time frame.
- Handle products with care to prevent damage during transit.
