Job Description
The Senior Consultant will help our clients with digital transformation by implementing and supporting ERP and CRM solutions. Key responsibilities include:
- Understanding and analyzing client business requirements.
- Identifying gaps and providing advice on business processes, workflow automation, and management reporting.
- Conducting training sessions and creating project documentation.
The Successful Applicant
- Diploma or degree in accounting (accounting knowledge is preferred).
- Strong interest in IT advisory.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with accounting software (e.g., MYOB, UBS, QuickBooks, FACT, or ERP systems). This includes understanding user requirements, system implementation, data conversion, technical support, and end-user training.
- Practical experience using accounting software or ERP systems.
