· Administrator and record keeper on QHSE audits, inspections, reports, certifications, permits, etc. (for Vessel Fleets)
· Assist Superintendent conducts training to new employees and crews onboard as required (HSE Induction & ISM procedure).
· Assist on preparing documentation (manuals, audits, and certification) for the new ship delivery or management of ships
· Coordinate all activities related to the Document Control procedure, including technical documents, Certificates & reports
· Organize Documents in Hard Copies and Soft Copies and preparing Filing System
· Download and maintain the records for latest Flag/IMO/Class Circulars and forward to ships and maintain track records for monthly ISM papers
· Track and record for Surveys and equipment certification and follow up with respective Superintendent for the renewal.
· Track and record daily report (BOU/Noon Report/Vessel Planner) send by vessel fleets
· Performs and assumes other duties and responsibilities as may be required by immediate supervisor
Requirements:
· Preferably with Diploma in Marine related disciplines or
· 1 years of working experience in the Maritime industry;
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team, handling multiple tasks and tight deadlines
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
