You will be reporting to the Head of New Partnerships & Digital Sales and assisting on the origination and management of strategic third-party digital/ O2O partnerships through implementation of new business models. You will also maintain strong relationship with internal stakeholders to achieve lead generation or other business goals aligned to the company’s strategy.


Role responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following duties:

  • Facilitate opportunities with strategic partners for any channels such as Agency Distribution, Partnerships Distribution, Enterprise Business, Customer Segment
  • Identify and implement lead generation solutions and value propositions that forges long-standing relationship with our customers and partners. Smaller scale, technical/operational
  • Strategic foresight and trusted advisor to the business to develop, identify an enterprise-wide portfolio of value propositions and activities (from New Partnerships standpoint)
  • Develop customized models to analyze data trends and create financial projections

Partnerships acquisition

  • Drive the origination, onboarding, and implementation of New Partnerships
  • Assist in building the business case for each new partner or lead generation scheme
  • Support value proposition and business construct design (including go-to market, sales model, operating model, service model and technology)
  • Work closely with various workstreams and divisions across the organisation to acquire and manage partners (including Customer, Digital, Technology, Data, Compliance, Risk and Legal)
  • Keep abreast of market trends, consumer needs, and purchase motivations to design compelling campaigns with partners that can increase market reach and penetration

Partnerships management

  • Maintain strong rapport with corporate partners and comprehend their business objectives / growth plans to ensure maximum collaboration on agreed business strategies
  • Perform post-campaign analysis to evaluate performance on key indictors and highlight improvements necessary to lift campaign results
  • Drive operational efficiency with risk, tech, and compliance teams
  • Support sales performance management and governance (partner and customer acquisitions, online and lead generation, cross sell)
  • Develop New Partnerships’ presentation for business performance meeting
  • Assist in budget estimation and tracking for finance operations


Who we are looking for:

  • Strong business and commercial acumen
  • Ability to bring together and work with cross functional teams
  • Very strong pitch, presentation and communication skills
  • Project management abilities and strong analytical skills
  • Self-motivated and willing to expand knowledge
  • Good collaboration skills and an effective team player
  • Knowledge of the Financial / Insurance industry having worked with a salesforce / distribution team to drive successful adoption of solutions and programmes for conversion and sales results

Working Experience:

6 years work experience with at least 2 years in financial services / Fintech related industry; and

  • Preferred experience in digital sales and/or project management, navigating large and complex organisations, including gaining access to key executives and stakeholders and successfully managing relationship building dynamics and processes

Education:

A Bachelor degree in a discipline related to finance, accountancy, economics, business or marketing


Language:

  • Strong command of the English language (written and spoken)
  • Any other languages affluency are welcome
