Job Summary:
The Project Tender and Coordinator will be responsible for managing the tendering process for projects and coordinating the execution of projects from initiation to completion. This role involves preparing and submitting tenders, liaising with clients and contractors, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Tender Management:
- Analyze and interpret tender documents, specifications, and requirements.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender proposals.
- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations and ensure competitive pricing.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information for tender submissions.
- Submit tender documents within deadlines and follow up on tender status.
- Maintain a database of tenders and monitor the success rate.
Project Coordination:
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and schedules.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and regulations.
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
- Manage project budgets and ensure cost control.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project quality and progress.

Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2years of experience in tender management and project coordination.
- Proven track record in successfully managing tenders and projects.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of tendering processes and project management principles.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Certifications:
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification is a plus.
Working Conditions:
