Job Description
As a Part Time Coach Captain for a double-decker sightseeing bus, you will be responsible for safely driving passengers on guided tours of popular tourist destinations. Your role will also include providing excellent customer service, promoting a positive image of the tour company, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of passengers.
Responsibilities
- Driving and operating the double-decker sightseeing bus in a safe and efficient manner, following all traffic regulations and guidelines.
- Interacting with passengers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing any questions or concerns they may have, and ensuring their overall comfort and satisfaction.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of the bus, both inside and out, ensuring a pleasant and welcoming environment for passengers.
- Requirements
- A valid Class 4 Driving License and Vocational License. .
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Knowledge of the local area and its tourist attractions, with the ability to provide informative and engaging commentary during tours.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety, with the ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
- A passion for customer service and a dedication to ensuring the satisfaction of passengers.
