Job Responsibilities:
- Design SAP ISU-FICA solutions that meet business requirements and adhere to industry standards.
- Develop functional specifications, configuration documents, and other technical documentation.
- Customize and configure SAP ISU-FICA components to optimize financial accounting processes.
- Ensure seamless integration of SAP ISU-FICA with other SAP modules (e.g., IS-U, FI-CO) and third-party systems.
- Develop and execute implementation plans, including data migration, system configuration, and user training.
- Develop and execute test plans, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Identify and resolve issues during the testing phase to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Ensure that implemented solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a SAP ISU Consultant, SAP ISU-FICA Consultant, or in a similar role focusing on financial accounting in the utilities industry.
- Extensive experience with SAP IS-U (Industry Solution for Utilities) and financial contract accounting processes.
- Experience with project management, including leading SAP implementation projects.
- Proficiency in SAP ISU-FICA components and tools, including configuration and customization.
- Strong understanding of SAP IS-U (Industry Solution for Utilities) and other relevant SAP modules (e.g., FI-CO).
- Knowledge of financial accounting principles and standards.
- Familiarity with ABAP programming and SAP development tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms for non-technical stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Leadership and team management abilities.
