Administration Manager

Rendertec Marketing Pte Ltd

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the administrative staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
    Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
    Manage budgets for the administrative functions of the company, including office supplies and equipment.
  • Ensure that all administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and correspondence, are completed accurately and efficiently.
    Prepare weekly/monthly reports for management and reporting.
  • Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
  • Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Organizing and coordinating company events, and reception of visitors from oversea and accommodation arrangement.
  • Working with the accounting and management teams to set budgets and monitor spending.
  • Supervises clerical and administrative personnel by communicating job expectations, appraising job results, and disciplining employees.

Requirements

  • Min. Diploma with 5-7 years of working experience.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    Prior working experience with document management and organizing staff events will be an added advantage.
  • Possess the ability to handle high-pressure scenarios and make decisions in time-tight situations.
  • Possess good communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
  • Having good professional ethics, able to effectively communicate and drive the implementation of corporate culture.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Bilingual in English, Mandarin & Japanese as the job requires you to interact with Chinese & Japanese speaking clients and / partners.
