Job Responsibilities:
- Design SAP ISU-CE solutions that meet business requirements and industry standards.
- Develop functional specifications, configuration documents, and other technical documentation.
- Customize and configure SAP ISU-CE components to optimize customer engagement processes.
- Ensure seamless integration of SAP ISU-CE with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
- Develop and execute test plans, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Ensure that SAP ISU-CE solutions comply with industry regulations and standards.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a SAP ISU Consultant, SAP ISU-CE Consultant, or in a similar role focusing on customer engagement in the utilities industry.
- Extensive experience with SAP IS-U (Industry Solution for Utilities) and SAP CRM.
- Experience with project management, including leading SAP implementation projects.
- Proficiency in SAP ISU-CE components and tools, including configuration and customization.
- Strong understanding of SAP IS-U (Industry Solution for Utilities) and other relevant SAP modules.
- Knowledge of data exchange protocols, EDI (Electronic Data Interchange), and integration technologies.
- Familiarity with ABAP programming and SAP development tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms for non-technical stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Leadership and team management abilities.
