Cellpro is a new start up in Singapore that specializes in B2B, B2C sales through product and research development in FMCG products.
We are looking for a young and dynamic Manager to join our team to manage our company’s operations during this exciting infancy stage of our business. You will be instrumental in driving professional excellence as well as be the key person of the company to manage and oversee operations to help the company to achieve our business objectives and growth.
Job Scope:
- Manage and oversee the company’s strategic plans to ensure that the company meets goals and profits
- Oversee the company’s business operations, financial performance, and ventures
- Maintaining positive relations with clients, business associates, and board of directors
- Develop and implanting business plans to promote business growth and facilitate operations
- Ensuring that company policies are clearly communicated and followed
- Manage B2B and B2C aspects of the company
- Be responsible for online marketing via Xiaohongshu, Wechat, Duoyin to extend our outreach to the Chinese market
Job requirements:
- Permanent full-time position
- Minimum 2years of experience in a leadership role
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Management or Economics
- Ability to speak and understand Mandarin to handle clients’ enquiries and showcase presentations in spoken Business Mandarin.
- Dynamic personality with the ability to connect to the younger generation
- Experience in developing and implanting strategic business plans
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- A background in R&D production and sales.
- Familiar with SKU products and FMCG
