Our client, a well-known MNC company is looking for candidates for the Senior Manager/Director, Key Account Management position.

Responsibilities: -

  • Coordinate and drive technical engagement with the central operations and product engineering groups at a Key Customer Account, across the customer sites in Singapore, Taiwan, Japan and USA
  • Support all the engagement and workshops with the new expanded Customer central operations team (i.e. OCT High Volume Manufacturing (HVM) + OCT Advanced Dicing Technology (ADT))
  • Work closely with the various Business Unit (BU) and factory members to oversee the execution of critical technical activities/projects between company and the customer, inclusive of, but not restricted to:
    • Quality, environmental sustainability, optimization of installation schedule, equipment performance benchmarking, CIPs, value engineering etc.
  • Responsible to drive seamless alignment between Company and the Key Customer Account in order to successfully meet the goals of these activities/projects, henceforth supporting company’s effort to maintain and expand company’s market share in the Key Customer Account, while achieving Best-in-Class Customer Satisfaction
  • Coordinate close engagement with the customer central operations & related product engineering teams to enable accurate assessment of the customer’s specific requirements, facilitate concise communication of these requirements to the BU/factory teams, and drive the development and implementation of the required technical solutions
  • Be a trusted and effective liaison between HQ/BU and the customer, and will be responsible for managing regular management review meetings with the related customer teams
  • With guidance from the Account Team, to collaborate with company stakeholders to structure commercial proposals on new projects and initiatives and assist with the discussion/negotiation with customers
  • Manage and drive technical, engagement projects and at some extent commercial discussion between company and the Key Customer Account to support the building of strong customer relationships, while in the meantime also balance the needs of the customer, account and BUs, factories & HQ

Requirements:

  • Degree/Master in Engineering, MBA will be a plus
  • Established track record of successfully leading and managing complex projects involving disparate, internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent project management skill, especially across matrix organization, is a must
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in semiconductor manufacturing equipment, semiconductor fabrication factory, semiconductor parts/peripherals or related industry
  • Established contacts and at relationships with the current customers and prospects in Singapore
  • Strong communication skills, comfortable with presenting to both internal and external senior executives
  • Willingness to travel 15-20% of the time for business
