RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and control the entire functions of the store operations
- Responsible for the cleanliness of the store;
- Conduct interview and hiring for part time service crew
- In charge of attendance scheduling, planning and payroll of the store
- Coordinating and maintaining store serviceability and manpower needs
- Responsible for the training and competencies of the Artisans and part time service crew
- Periodically review Artisans and part time service crew performance as and when required
- Liaise with vendors on all general matters;
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned;
SKILLS
- Strong passion for Service
- Willingness to work on a rotating roster: work shift, weekends and public holidays
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and long hours standing,
- Some experiences needed
